Texas Outgassing Services is a startup company established in 2025 by a Ph.D. analytical chemist (Bio), dedicated to providing top-tier expertise in outgassing characterization. Our mission is to foster long-term, trusted partnerships with our clients by delivering exceptional, reliable service when it is needed. We specialize in advanced outgassing testing per ASTM E595 and ASTM E1559 in accordance with aerospace industry standards, including:
- ASTM E595 testing, in compliance with NASA-STD-6016B, for Total Mass Loss (TML), Collected Volatile Condensable Materials (CVCM), and Water Vapor Regained (VWR).
- ASTM E1559 testing, aligned with NASA MSFC-HDBK-3375, to analyze the outgassing and deposition kinetics of volatile species.
- Supplementary services include identification and analysis of outgassed species using thermal desorption gas chromatography (TD-GC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
